ABOUT SPENCER PASCAL

Spencer Pascal is a Principal at Commerce Park Investors and the owner of Commerce Park Ventures. Mr. Pascal was born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey, and attended high school in Harlingen, Texas. Spencer graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analysis in 2019.

Spencer started working for his father, Roy Pascal, in 2018. Spencer’s first introduction to Commerce Park Investors was rebranding and restructuring it into the company it is today. Between Spencer and Roy Pascal, Commerce Park Investors has evolved into a multi-level investment and development company.

Roy Pascal introduced Spencer into the industrial world back in 2019, when Spencer acquired his first industrial building in Roxbury, New Jersey. Spencer has since renovated and developed a multitude of properties. Since founding Commerce Park Ventures, Spencer strives to continue growing and building the future of the Commerce Park name.
