In 2010, Ravi took a bold step and founded Bosworth Ventures, a full-service real estate development company based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Under Ravi's leadership, Bosworth Ventures has completed several notable projects, including the construction of 5 homes on Main Street, 8 homes on Chambers Street, 8 single-family homes, and a total of 36 units. Additionally, Ravi has future plans for another 8 units. Throughout these ventures, he has been instrumental in securing properties, managing financing, overseeing acquisitions, and ensuring the overall success of the projects.
Over the years, Ravi has gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, learning invaluable lessons through both successes and failures. His ability to navigate the market, seize opportunities, and make decisive moves in hot markets has been crucial to his achievements. In recent years, he has particularly excelled in purchasing bulk apartment buildings and strategically selling them individually, capitalizing on favorable market conditions.
In 2015, Ravi diversified his business portfolio by venturing into the fashion industry. He founded Baynes and Baker menswear, a leading name in custom suits in the United States and Canada. With his innate motivation and relationship-driven approach, Ravi has successfully positioned Baynes and Baker as a prominent player in the industry.
